    3)  Fermental Production of Nucleic acid and analogus and Regulation of Key enzyme in Fermentation Process, Such as Fermental Production of D-Ribose, Nucleosides, Nucleotides et al.
   4) Enzymatic preparation of nucleotides, such as 5'- ribonucleotides(adenosine monophosphate, uridine monophosphate, guanosine monophosphate, cytidine monophosphate), 3'-deoxynucleotides, 5'-deoxynucleotides(adenosine monophosphate, cytidine monophosphate, guanosine monophosphate disodium, uridine monophosphate disodium), 2'-deoxynucleotides(2'-deoxyadenosine monophosphate, 2'-deoxycytidine monophosphate, 2'-deoxyguanosine monophosphate disodium, thymidine monophosphate disodium).

Advantage of our Laboratory

Nucleic acid and derivates were started to research in our Lab before eighty in 20th century. Through thirty years of great efforts, we developed lots of new processes, such as "New process of production of Cytidine diphosphate Choline", "Production of ATP with Immobilized cells", "Novel process of Enzymatic synthesis of ribavirin", "Enzymatic synthesis of thymidine, 2'-deoxy-5-fluorouridine,5-methyluridine, 5-fluorouridine, adenine arabinoside", "Biosynthesis of CTP with Immobilized cells", "Fermentation of D-Ribose", "Enzymatic synthesis of 2'-deoxyadenosine and 2'-deoxyguanosine". Five items of State "Seven-Five","Eight-Five" and "Nine-Five" tackle key problems, three of Shanghai Economics Committee and one of Shandong Economics Committee were undertook and completed in these years. We created novel mechanisms and methods of biosynthesis of nucleic acid pharmacy with enzmye or immobilized. Project of CDP-C, ATP, four nucleotides or deoxynucleotides and K-carrageenan developed by our lab had industrializated and much successful experience was acquired. We obtained 15 patents and 14 had been applied. 11 harvests had been authenticated or checked and accepted. We win one Advancement Third Class Medal of Science & Technology from State Education Committee, two Golden Medals (Functionary Invention) in Shanghai Select Competion of Excellence Invention, one Golden Medal in Chinese  Achievement Exhibition of Ten-Year Patents and one Golden Medal in Third Chinese Patents Exposition.

We had developed a complete set of plans and techniques about nucleic acid pharmacy and accumulated much industrialization experience and lesson. Products and technique developed could be competed internationally and attained advanced level.
